1.What's Included in the General admission?
Our General Admission gets you into the Reunion, access to all the
main stages and showcases, up to 8 total workshops (5 pole workshops + 3 non pole workshops) unlimited seminars, most meals, parties, swag bag and vendors.
You are responsible for travel and lodging!
3.How many workshops/seminars can I take? How are they selected?
Workshops & Seminars will be released to our VIPs first and the following week released to everyone else.
All workshops & seminars are first come, first serve.
Attend up to 8 workshops total which includes 5 Pole Workshops and 3 Non Pole Workshops. Your ticket also includes unlimited seminars, main stages, and all showcases.
While we cannot guarantee spots on specific workshops, you'll have plenty of notice of the schedule dropping AND we'll give you plenty of amazing options to
choose from!
2.what's included in the vip package?
Everything included in the General Admission PLUS first access to sign up for workshops for an entire week, Salsa class with instructors, VIP champagne luxe seating at main stages and showcases, 30 minute photoshoot, VIP check in, and exclusive
swag bags!
4.When will the schedule for workshops/seminars be released?
Our schedule will be released by October 2024! If you would like first access to sign up for workshops, click here to claim one of our exclusive VIP spots! This gives your first dibs on workshops, VIP seating, Photoshoot, Salsa Class with Instructors, VIP check in, and Exclusive Swag!

5.What levels will the workshops be?
Workshops range in level with a little something for everyone! You'll be able to see levels on our schedule!
6. Are there any refunds for this event?
Due to the unique nature of this event, there are absolutely no refunds or credits.
7.Do you have an emergency preparedness plan?
Your safety is our top priority and we want to ensure you feel that way. We've created a plan and budget for appropriate staff to be on site as well as asking for your emergency contact information upon arrival.

8.When should I check into the hotel?
VIP's should arrive no later than 2 pm on 4/9.
General Admission should arrive by 6 pm on 4/9 to be ready for game night!
9.When should I check out of the hotel?
Check out is anytime Sunday at your leisure! If you aren't ready to go home just yet, join BGP at the beach for one last hangout before heading out!
10. Since there isn’t a refund option, Can’t I just file a dispute?
Fam, please don’t. First off, this hurts us a small business and secondly, you will more than likely lose. This past year we had a small amount of disputes filed and won over 75% of them due to our Terms and Conditions which must be accepted at checkout. Please note: if you file a dispute against BGP after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions because you cannot attend the event, you will NOT be able to sign up for future events.

GETTING TO THE FAMILY REUNION
We recommend booking your flight into San Juan International (SJ), which is just minutes away from San Juan.
- Search for flights into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, also known as the San Juan Airport (SJU).
- There are over 550 nonstop flights from mainland US to Puerto Rico.
- From the airport, it's only a short 13 minute car-ride to our host hotels and convention center.
- Puerto Rico has Ubers and Lyfts plus tons of other taxi companies making transportation easy.
- From NYC, only 3 hours and 45 mins.
- From Atlanta, only 3 hours and 25 mins.
- From Miami, only 2 hours and 30 mins.
Bonus point! You do NOT need a passport to get into Puerto Rico from the US!
